Built from real work, not theory.
Shaun Tai is the Executive Director of BRIDGEGOOD, an Oakland-based nonprofit design studio delivering tuition-free UX training, career coaching, and real-world portfolio opportunities for underrepresented talent.
The work behind the company.
Why funding access is personal.
Shaun Tai believes the future of funding should reward proof, community trust, and real outcomes, not insider access. SWARMGOOD exists because too many strong organizations are asked to prove their worth with tools, language, and relationships they were never given.
BRIDGEGOOD is the lived case study.
Shaun built programs, partnerships, student pathways, public campaigns, and funder relationships through years of manual work. SWARMGOOD turns that hard-earned operating knowledge into infrastructure for other organizations.
Recognized social entrepreneur. Oakland based. Design for Social Good.
A note from the founder.
I spent 15 years watching brilliant organizations lose funding to teams with better paperwork. SWARMGOOD is the system I wish someone had handed me on day one.
